各種データ・諸指標の収集を重点的に行った。これらをすべてネットワーク上のクライアントパソコンを通じて大容量のデータベースサーバーに保存した。1.健診データの収集(担当 藤本)愛媛県下で老人保健法に基づく基本健康診査および労働安全衛生法に基づく定期健康診査を受託している3健診機関の受診者個々のデータを可能な限り過去にさかのぼって収集した。2.市町村ごとのデータの算出(担当 近藤)1)標準化死亡比(SMR)1978〜1982年および1988〜1992年の各5年間の標準化死亡比を以下の死因別に県下70市町村について算出した。なお、算出に当たって用いた標準集団の死因別死亡率は、1985年のものおよび算出する年度と同じ全国の死因別死亡率を用いた。<死因>悪性新生物(部位別)、心疾患(急性心筋梗塞含む)、脳血管疾患(脳出血・脳梗塞など)、糖尿病、肺炎、肝疾患、自殺2)国保医療費、老人医療費 加入者1人あたりの医療費を算出した。3.健診成績の精度管理(担当 近藤)今回は、複数の健診団体の成績を併合し、一つの大きなデータベースを構築するものである。その際、精度の検討は重要である。今回は、日本医師会の精度管理の成績を検討した。さらに、データ併合後には健診団体ごとの成績を比較検討することで精度の検討を行うよう準備を進めている。4.市町村ごとの諸指標の収集・入力(担当 藤本) 以下の諸指標を市町村ごとに収集した。<収集した諸指標>人口、65歳以上人口、保健婦数、保健、福祉分野への支出状況など
