マネジメントゲームは経営学教育で学生に経営の仮想体験をさせるために利用される。ゲームに参加した学生の評価基準にはROE(自己資本利益率)やROA(総資本利益率)、等の財務比率が通常、使用される。本研究では、こうした指標に加えて、現実の企業においても経営者の業績を表す指標として利用される「株価」を評価基準の一つとして加えたマネジメントゲームを作成した。株価を評価基準とするために、企業業績の報告とそれに基づいた株式の売買を行うバーチャルな株式市場がゲームに付け加えられている。この株式市場は現実の株式市場と同様に発行市場と流通市場を備えている。マネジメントゲームを株式売買ゲームと連携させることで、より現実の経営に近い評価基準がゲームに採り入れられたシステムとなっている。このことは、マネジメントゲームに参加した学生がROEやROAという指標で教師に評価されるのみでなく、株式売買ゲームに参加した学生によっても株価という指標で評価されることを意味している。マネジメントゲームと株式売買ゲームを融合させたシステムにより、惰報処理教室はバーチャルな株式市場として機能するが、本研究で作成したのは株式売買ゲームとそれをマネジメントゲームに融合させる部分のみである。全体としてこのシステムは以下の4つのプログラムから構成されている。括弧内は参加できる最大人数である。(1)マネジメントゲームの管理、(2)マネジメントゲームの経営者(5人)、(3)株式売買ゲームの管理、(4)株式売買ゲームの投資家(45人)。以上の4つのプログラムがゲーム内で相互にデータを通信し合うことで現実の株式市場に近い機能を実現している。プログラム間のデータ通信はTCP/lPにより行われているので、現時点ではほとんどの情報処理教室で実施できるゲームとなっている。実際にテスト運用した結果は、利益が低下した企業の株式売買が成立しないところから、株価が低下しないという問題点が発生した。これは、現実の株式市場では企業の評価がほぼ無期限の世界を仮定して行われるのに対して、ゲームではそれが有期限の世界で実施されていることに起因している。回避する手段として、ある機能をもたせた仮想投資家(具体的にはコンピュータプログラム)を45人の投資家の一人として参加させることや投資家として参加した学生の評価基準に売買利益以外の基準を導入すること、等が考えられる。現時点では以上の問題点を含んでいるが、システムに関しては一応、完成しているため、興味をもたれた方は、稼動環境等について[e-mail]まで御連絡いただければ幸いです。
