本研究では,精度の悪い情報提供によってドライバーが情報提供を参照しなくなる可能性を含んだ交通行動モデルを用いて,都市内交通状況の緩和を目指した情報提供戦略に関する検討を行う.具体的には,駐車情報を例にとって,(1)現時点/予測情報,(2)情報の種類(3)情報の閾値・丸め方,(4)情報提供の位置,(5)情報の更新頻度と都市内交通状況変化について考察を加えることによって,最も効率的な情報提供戦略を模索する.研究初年度である本年度は,以下の検討を実施した.1)駐車情報提供効果の評価指標に関する検討ケーススタディを実施するにあたって,まずは情報提供効果をどのような観点から評価すべきであるかを整理した.計画者からの視点や運転者,駐車場経営者からの視点での評価指標を検討し,さらに総合的にはどのように評価すべきであるかについて検討を加えた.2)駐車情報提供戦略の整理と各提供戦略が及ぼす影響,期待される効果に関する検討ケーススタディを実施する条件を規定するために,各種の情報提供戦略とその戦略が及ぼすと考えられる影響について整理した.例えば情報提供位置とその提供内容との関係等,情報提供戦略の複合効果についても検討した.3)ケーススタディ用のインプットデータの作成情報提供効果分析についてのケーススタディを実施するためのネットワークデータの整備を実施した.まずは,格子型のネットワークや放射状のネットワークなどの仮想的なネットワークデータを作成し,さらに,駐車情報提供が実施されている都市を研究対象として選定し,ネットワークデータの収集を行った.
