本研究の最終年度にあたる今年度は,これまでの研究から得られた知見をもとに,報告書「個別の指導計画作成ハンドブック〜学習のつまずきへのハイクオリティーな支援〜」を作成した。このハンドブックのコンセプトを以下に示した。(1)通常の学級をはじめ,様々な場で,LD等の子どもたちとかかわっている教師(および指導者)と行った研究をもとに書かれている(2)LDと個別の指導計画との関係を重視している(3)学習面に焦点を当てている(4)全ての子どもだちの指導・支援に通ずるこのハンドブックは,個別の指導計画を作成する際のプロセス(「実態把握」「目標の設定」「指導計画の作成」「指導の展開」「総合評価」)から成っている。その際,調査研究の結果から,多くの教師が作成に困難さを示した内容について取り上げ,それら課題解決に向け,文献研究や実践研究の結果をもとに,具体例を挙げながら方法論等を記述した。具体的には,「つまずきの把握の仕方」「目標設定(長期目標および短期目標)の仕方」「記録のとり方」「評価の仕方」などが,教師にとって意識が向きにくく,困難であるといった結果が得られたことから,それらを支援すべくツールや方法をハンドブックに含んだ。また,実践研究の結果から,個別の指導計画を作成するにあたっては,コンサルテーションや他者との連携の有効性が示唆された。そこで,これらの有効性についても,ハンドブックの中で触れた。さらには,研究の中で開発された書式等も含み,総合的,体系的に教師を支援することが可能なハンドブックを作成した。これまで,LD等,軽度発達障害の子どもたちを焦点に当てた体系的な個別の指導計画作成マニュアルがわが国において存在しないことからも,本研究で作成された「個別の指導計画作成ハンドブック」の意義はあると思われる。
