项目摘要

本研究始まってから、今まで研究計画通り順調に進展してきた。平成16年度、主に以下の研究活動を行った。まず、7月に博多織物産地に行って、博多織業の現状と生産構造の推移について調査を行った,今回の調査は博多の伝統的地場産業である織業の生産構造の推移に着目し、産地の歴史、特徴と現状を考察した。また、9月に日本最大の絹織物白生地生産地である丹後産地ときものの重要産地である西陣産地において調査を行い、両産地の生産現状、産地特徴、直面している課題と今後の活性化方針を考察した。それから、日本国内調査を実施するとともに、海外調査の実施も行った。10月にインドの蚕糸絹業の現状と今後の動向を把握するために、調査に行ってきた。12月に、タイとベトナムに出かけ、タイとベトナムの蚕糸絹業の現状と今後の発展動向について調査を行った。以上の研究調査以外、以前の中国調査の成果を論文にまとめ、投稿した。(1)「WTO体制下における中国蚕糸業の展開と日本への対応」という論文では、WTO体制下における中国蚕糸業の展開及びWTO体制に対する政策対応、それから中国蚕糸業の日本への対応について分析を試みた。2004年度の日本農業市場学会で報告され、2004年12月の『日本農業市場研究』第60号に掲載された。(2)「WTO体制下における中国養蚕業の展開と対日戦略に関する研究」では、WTO加盟後における中国養蚕業の展開に着目し、中国の養蚕地帯分布と立地移動を把握するとともに、中国における伝統的繭主産地である浙江省の養蚕経営の政策対応についても考察した。また、中国養蚕業のWTO体制下における経営展開と日本への戦略対応についても検討した。『農林統計調査』2004年9月号に掲載された。ほかの調査成果については現在整理中である。
