项目摘要
1)目標を超えて1000例以上の症例、および1000例以上の対照者からの情報を採取した。2)遺伝子多型解析では、ADH1B,ALDH2遺伝子多型が食道癌発症に関与した。3)生活習慣では、飲酒、喫煙、運動、大豆製品の摂取などが食道癌発生に関与した。4)180症例からLMDを行い、食道癌に特異的に高発現する遺伝子324遺伝子)、また低発現している遺伝子群(743遺伝子)を同定した。5)遺伝子多型と生活習慣をあわせた統合解析、また癌部・非癌部の遺伝子発現の差の網羅的発現解析と生活習慣、遺伝子多型の統合解析を行う。
1)Objective: To collect information from patients with more than 1000 cases. 2)Analysis of genetic polymorphism: ADH1B,ALDH2 genetic polymorphism is associated with esophageal cancer development. 3)Lifestyle, drinking, smoking, exercise, soy products, etc. are related to the development of esophageal cancer. 4)180 The high incidence of LMD and esophageal cancer is the same as the low incidence of LMD and esophageal cancer. 5)Genetic polymorphism and lifestyle analysis, cancer and non-cancer genetic polymorphism analysis and lifestyle analysis
