项目摘要
1)目標を超えて1000例以上の症例、および1000例以上の対照者からの情報を採取した。2)遺伝子多型解析では、ADH1B,ALDH2遺伝子多型が食道癌発症に関与した。3)生活習慣では、飲酒、喫煙、運動、大豆製品の摂取などが食道癌発生に関与した。4)180症例からLMDを行い、食道癌に特異的に高発現する遺伝子324遺伝子)、また低発現している遺伝子群(743遺伝子)を同定した。5)遺伝子多型と生活習慣をあわせた統合解析、また癌部・非癌部の遺伝子発現の差の網羅的発現解析と生活習慣、遺伝子多型の統合解析を行う。
