We study "Various Aspect of the Mandarin Language in the l9th Century" with the approaching of he Peripheral Materials (Europe, Korean, Ryukyuan, and Japanese). We think that this Peripheral approaching method is effective for the study of the Mandarin Language. Because through this method we can find the fact that the native speakers cannot find or cannot notice. The proverb say that One must go abroad from news of home We published the book of the "Various Aspects of the Chinese Language in the 191 Century" (2007), this is one of our researched result. We also made the Database of Pre-modern. Chinese Document on our web. We believe that this also is contribution to study.

我们通过接触周边材料（欧洲、朝鲜、琉球、日本）来研究《19世纪普通话的方方面面》。我们认为这种外围接近的方法对于普通话的研究是有效的。因为通过这个方法我们可以发现母语者找不到或注意不到的事实。俗话说“国内新闻必须出国”。我们出版了《191世纪汉语的方方面面》（2007年）一书，这是我们的研究成果之一。我们还制作了前现代数据库。我们网站上的中文文档。我们相信这也是对学习的贡献。
