项目摘要
国内外の、いわば普通の大学が教育と研究の水準を維持向上させるために、どのような経営を行っているかを検討した。学長と学部長の権限関係、大学経営陣の人材養成、機関研究の組織と状況、同窓会関係の歴史などについて国際比較を行った。あわせて、企業(営利組織)の経営学、非営利組織の経営論、大学経営論の三者を比較して、大学経営論の学問体系ないし教育体系の特色を明らかにした。大学経営の高度化に資する支援政策のあり方を議論した。
