マウス腫瘍細胞の細胞膜上におけるLIGHTの発現は、今回の検討では困難であったが、COS7細胞におけるLIGHT発現の検討では細胞質内での発現は認めた。原因としてC末端におけるFLAG修飾が起因している可能性があり今後発現ベクターの改良により細胞膜上に機能的なLIGHT発現させることが可能と考える。
