This research reports the follwing results of Systematic Planning and Development for the Use of Social Studies Instructional Media. First, the database of instructional media for social studies is developed. The database has 552 records.Second, eighty-one social studies softwares which are developed by personal or by company are analyzed from a perspective of learning style. The principle and object of social studies software are proposed.Third, hyper media of the unit "Automobile Industry in Japan" is developed. It consists of 50 moving pictures, 150 photographs, 15 maps, 15 graphs and 10 charts.

本研究报告了社会科教学媒体使用系统规划与开发的以下结果。首先，开发了社会学习教学媒体数据库。其次，从学习风格的角度对81款个人和公司开发的社会调查软件进行了分析。提出了社会研究软件开发的原则和目标。第三，开发了“日本汽车工业”单元的超媒体。它包括50张动态图片，150张照片，15张地图，15张图表和10张图表。
