项目摘要

特別支援学校における重度重複障害児の増加、そして特別支援学級における発達障害児の在籍率の増加は、特別支援教育に関する専門性が全ての教師必須の課題として考えなければならなくなった。その専門性を高めるための研修体制のあり方を見直す上で、専門的資質の向上を支えるものの一つであるスーパーヴィジョンの重要性が挙げられ、その構造と機能の体系化を図ることは極めて重要な課題と考えられる。本研究は、とりわけ障害児発達援助法のひとつである動作法におけるスーパーヴィジョンを取り上げ、援助者の専門的成長とそれを支えるスーパーヴィジョンの機能と構造を明らかにすることを目的としている。特に、指導内容とそれを伝える際に用いられる指導方略について実証的に検討を行う立場を取っている。平成20年度は、本研究IIである指導内容を伝える際に用いられる方略の効果に関する研究に関して、研修生の認知の側面に焦点を当て、2日間研修における研修生の理解を支える方略の検討を行った。研修生は初心者群20名と学会認定の資格を所有する群20名を対象に質問紙調査を行った。その結果、指導者であるスーパーヴァイザーは、指導の際に、いくつかの方略を組み合わせて指導していることが明らかになり、またその組み合わせの中で、言語説明を伴うスーパーバイザーによるモデル提示と、研修生が実践している場面に直接介入してリアルタイムで指導することが研修生の理解を促していることが明らかとなった。本研究IIIであるスーパーヴィジョンの経時的変化の長期的検討においては、経験年数5年以下のスーパーヴァイザーには研修生のレベルに合わせた指導をすることの難しさが明らかとなった。その問題点に関して、より熟練したスーパーヴァイザーに指導を受けることが有効となっていることが明らかとなった。
