本研究は、看護教育実践の重層化した様相を読み解くために、看護教員により感受されたさまざまな出来事が生成する教育的状況に焦点をあて、看護教育の実践知とその発展過程について明らかにすることを目的にした。研究協力者は、調査協力を得た看護系大学看護教員および看護学生で、データ収集方法は、看護学実習における看護援助場面への参与観察法および面接法で行った。研究方法は質的記述的方法を用いた。その結果、教育的状況における看護教育の実践知の特徴は、臨床という場に依存しながら即応していく身体を介した知であり、事後性の特徴を有することがわかった。またその発展過程とは、経験をパターン化して蓄積すること、「今ここで」の看護においてそれを参照するが囚われないこと、それによって経験が更新し新たな実践知が生成されることが明らかになった。

This study focuses on the development process of nursing education and the understanding of nursing teachers 'feelings. The research collaborators were involved in the investigation of nursing faculty, nursing students, and nursing practice. The method of qualitative description of research methods is used. The characteristics of practical knowledge of nursing education in terms of outcomes, educational conditions, clinical and field dependence, namely, physical knowledge, and post-mortem characteristics. The development process of the new generation of knowledge and knowledge is the process of development, accumulation, and reference.
