Establishment of vitreous surgery with plasmin: After institutional review board approval, vitrectomy with using plasmin was performed for 6 eyes of 4 patients. All eyes treated with autologous plasmin required significantly less surgical time. Also, we published our data regarding beneficial results in the surgical management of proliferative diabetic retinopathy and retinopathy of prematurity usefulness. All eyes showed visualEffect of bevacizumab on choriocapillaris : We presented that bevacizumab injected into the vitreous cavity caused decrease of the number of fenestrae in choriocapillarisEffect of retinal sealant with enzymatic vitreolysis : We are still investigating the effect of retinal sealant with enzymatic vitreolysis on experimental retinal detachment in rabbit eye.
