Prevention, Intervention and Postvention of Child Abuse : Legal, Medical, Psychological and Sociological Observation

在研究期间，我们共举行了10次研究小组会议，并访问了台湾、澳大利亚和法国的儿童福利机构和设施进行研究。通过这些活动，我们研究了日本的防止虐待儿童制度，并明确了日本注重早期发现虐待儿童和保护儿童的制度存在的问题。不过，要科普虐儿问题，我们必须制订一套完整的制度，包括防止虐儿、侦查虐儿、保护儿童、支援父母康复，以及家庭团聚等。虽然我们还没有达成立法建议，但我们已经澄清了问题，并将复杂的问题系统化。

We held the study-group meeting 10 times through our research term, and visited the child welfare organizations and facilities in Taiwan, Australia, and France for research. Through these activities, we studied the child abuse prevention system of Japan and made clear the problems of Japan's system which focuses on the early detection of a child abuse and protection. To cope with child abuse problems, however, we must formulate whole system which encompasses prevention of child abuse, its detection, child protection, parents recovery support and family reunification. Although we have not reached to a legislation proposal yet, we have clarified the issues and systematized complicated problems.
