The international comparative research on the social inclusion of young people by socio-economic sector.

本研究通过国际比较研究，确定了我国青年一代面临成年转型困难的现状及其社会政策。调查主要在欧洲和大洋洲进行。本研究通过比较调查，批判性地考察了日本2000年的青年支援政策对处于劳动力市场最不利地位的青年一代的有效性。由此，本研究确定了构建综合支持体系和过渡性劳动力市场的必要性。

This research identified the current status of the youth generations who are facing with difficulties of transition to adulthood and its social policy through the international comparative research. The survey was implemented mainly in Europe and Oceania. Through its comparative survey, this research critically examined the effectiveness of 2000's youth support policy in Japan for the youth generations who were in the most disadvantage conditions of the labor market. From this examination, this research determined the need for constructing the comprehensive support system and transitional labor market.
