本研究は, 工業用X線CT計測データから全自動・高品質な3次元形状モデルを構築する技術を実現すべく, 実工業製品の大規模なX線CT計測メッシュから, エンジニアリングで要求される高品質な3次元形状モデルのフィーチャ認識を, 高精度に, 安定かつ自動で, しかも高速に行なえるアルゴリズムと, 認識の基本となる高精度なメッシュ曲率算出アルゴリズムを開発し, そのアルゴリズムが十分な実用性をもつことを検証した.
This research aims to realize the technology of industrial X-ray CT measurement, which is fully automatic, high-quality, three-dimensional shape construction, and to realize the requirements of industrial X-ray CT measurement on a large scale, high-quality, three-dimensional shape recognition, high-precision, stable, automatic, high-speed, and high-speed. Understanding the basics of high precision curvature calculation is very useful for the development of the system.
