项目摘要

I solved the change of the related relation between Russia and China in the second half of the 19th century, and the relationship of the Northeast Asia policy of Japan. I was able to obtain the important result of the following point. In the first place, according to the Beijing treaty, in the first place, Russia gained the Maritime Province area from China, and changed the Far Eastern military site from Nikolayevsk to Vladivostok. I was able to solve that the Northeast Asia route of Japan was fixed against the volunteer fleet which Russia was making cruise in order to maintain Vladivostok. On the problem about the Northeast Asia policy of Japan in the Russo-Japanese War outbreak-of-war process, I developed research to the greatly using the historical records of Russia. I was able to solve the change of multistory international relations, and the relationship of the Northeast Asia policy of Japan of a Japan-Russia outbreak-of-war term by taking in research of China and South Korea.

我解决了19世纪下半叶俄罗斯与中国相关关系的变化，以及日本东北亚政策的关系。我得到了下面这一点的重要结论。首先，根据《北京条约》，俄罗斯首先从中国获得了海上省地区，并将远东军事基地从尼古拉耶夫斯克改为符拉迪沃斯托克。我能够解决日本的东北亚航线是针对俄罗斯为了维持符拉迪沃斯托克而巡航的志愿军舰队的。对日俄战争爆发过程中日本的东北亚政策问题，笔者大量利用俄罗斯史料进行了研究。通过对中国和韩国的研究，解决了多层国际关系的变化，以及日俄战争爆发时期日本东北亚政策的关系。
