海外留学生に対して講義や単位認定試験を映像によって非同期的に実施できるe-Learning システムを構築した。我々はこのシステムを、スクーリング機能を持ったe-Learning と称している。本システムは、(1)コンテンツ管理機能、(2)映像の再生機能、(3)映像の録画機能、(4)手書きメモ(学習情報)の処理などの機能から構成されている。これらの機能により、従来のComputer Based Testing による試験だけでなく、口頭試問のような形態での試験も実施可能となった。
