The development of CAI system for language education, making use of voice response and communication function

语言教育的正确目的是获得顺利进行双向信息传递（沟通）的技能。为此，到目前为止，在LL（语言实验室）已经开展了听力和口语训练，使用盒式磁带等。作者在迄今为止的一系列研究中，都把英语语言教育作为具体对象，认为听和说对于声音的实际运用是有效的，尤其是在英语的四种功能（听、说、读、写）中。对于听力类教材来说，语音再现功能是必要的，它能够将语音数据提前转换为数字，在需要的时候进行再现；对于口语类教材的开发来说，语音记录和再现功能是必要的，它能够记录学习者的发音，并在再现后听自己的发音。此外，从语音教学的角度来看，还需要支持功能，即教师能够再现学习者的发音，并将发音中的错误反馈给学习者。本研究的目的就是开发具有上述功能的语言教学CAI系统。可以说，尤其是将教师评价的结果以视觉化的形式反馈，即以有纠错的教学形式，通过对会话式句子的反复记录和复制，并将最佳结果发送到教师终端，作为这一系统，是未来一种新型的语言教育系统。这个系统就是为了解决这些问题而开发的。

The proper aim of language education is the acquirement of skill in carrying out two-way information transfer (communication) smoothly. For this purpose, so far listening and speaking trainings have been carried out, using cassette tape, etc. in LL (language laboratory) .The writers, in a series of their researches until now, have been taking up English language education as concrete objects, considering that listening and speaking are effective for practical use of voice, especially among four functions of English language (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) .For the teaching materials for listening, voice reproduction function to reproduce voice deta, converted to digital in advance, in occasion calls, is necessary, and for the development of teaching materials for speaking, recording and reproduction function, capable of recording learners' pronunciation and listening their own pronunciation after reproduction, becomes necessary. Further, from the aspect of phonetic instruction, support function, capable of reproducing learners' pronunciation by their teacher and feeding back the error in their pronunciation to learners, is necessary.The aim of this research is the development of CAI system for language education with the above mentioned functions. It can be said that especially, feeding back of the result of teacher's evaluation in visual from, that is, in the form of instruction with correction, by repeated recording and reproduction of conversational style sentence and sending optimum result to teacher's terminal, as this system, is a new style of language educational system in the future. This system was to be developed for solving these problems.
