本研究では、ソーシャルワーカー、ケアワーカー、看護師、保健師など、対人援助(ヒューマンサービス)専門職専門知の特性が、関連専門知識、法規、状況判断、クライアントとのコミュニケーション、利用可能な社会資源等々、多様な情報のからんだ、複雑な対象/問題/対策像構成プロセスにあることを、そうしたプロセスを記録した非定型テキスト・データの一種である「物語状」質的データの計量テキスト分析を通じて明らかにする.具体的には、(1)学齢前障害児通園施設の援助記録の分析, (2)高等看護学校看護学生の看護実習記録の分析をおこなった.(1)では、関連テストによる状態像把握と処遇計画書の関連を、(2)では、看護行為擁護分類と看護学生の看護実習記録および看護研究との関連を、扱った.
