軽度発達障害児・者と関わりを持つ教師・保育士・保護者が、当事者の障害特性の理解や関わり方(支援の仕方)についてどのような葛藤を抱き、それがどのように変容するのかを明らかにすることを目的に面接調査と事例検討を行った。その結果、主として、保育士と高校教師が当事者と関わり理解する過程での葛藤とその変容、および、援助チームによるコンサルテーションの中での保護者の「当事者についての捉え方」の変容について検討した。
