副交感神経支配の効果器の典型である毛様体筋において、受容体作動性非選択性陽イオンチャネル(NSCC)の分子候補としてのTRPC(4種)とOrai1、およびそれらの調節に関与する可能性のある分子としてのG_(q/11)、STIM1、RhoA/kinase、rianodine受容体などの存在と細胞内局在を明らかにした。さらに、それらの機能的意義を検討した。
