Fundamental research of kansei information for better text message communication

本研究的主要目的是要厘清简讯沟通中感性资讯的特征。结果表明：(1)通过接收的交际过程比通过发送的交际过程更倾向于意识到会话对象。(2)在包含表情符号的短信中，发送者和接收者在各个属性上的倾向是不同的。(3)通过对情感短信发送和接收特征的分析，指出社交技能和会话能力对于情感短信发送和接收的重要性和必要性，从而带来更好的沟通。

The principal aim of this study was to clarify the features of kansei information in text message communication. The following results were obtained : (1) Communication process through receiving tended to be more conscious of conversational partner than through sending. (2) In the text message including emoticons, it was shown that sender and receiver's tendencies were different in each attribute. (3) Based on analysis of features about sending and receiving emotional text message, it was indicated social skill and conversation ability were important and needed in order to bring better communication.
