项目摘要

（１）情報偏在について情報偏在に関する論文については、「企業間のディスクロージャーの違いが株式プレミアムに与える影響に関する実証分析」という表題で日本金融学会発刊の金融経済研究に投稿され、レフェリーからの修正要求を受けつつ2019年2月に受理された。本研究では、ディスクロージャーが株式プレミアムに与える影響の可変性について分析している。その結果、市場の不確実性が大きくなる時期にディスクロージャーが株式プレミアムを緩和する効果が顕在化することを明らかにしている。（２）曖昧さについて1.「実証分析」Juergens et.al.(2009)に基づきアナリスト予測のばらつきを曖昧さの代理変数として用いることにより、マーケットリターンに対する2ファクターモデルと、個別ポートフォリオに対して複数のファクターを含めたモデルを推定した。その結果、曖昧さが株式プレミアムを説明出来ることを明らかにした。更に、曖昧さの代理変数として、先行研究で度々用いられるVRP（バリアンスプレミアム）や、EPU（政策不確実性指標）と比較しても、本稿で用いられた曖昧さの代理変数の説明力が高いことを示している。2.「理論研究」実証研究と並行して、曖昧さを含む証券市場における、資産価格と投資家の効用に関する理論研究を進めている。これまでの分析により、以下の結果を得ている。1)曖昧さの改善によって、あいまいさに直面する投資家（N）は必ず効用が改善し直面しない投資家（S）は必ず悪化する。2)一定の条件下では、効用の改善したNからSに対して所得再分配政策を行うことにより、パレート改善することが可能である。3)一括税を原資として、政府が曖昧さ改善の政策を行うが、Nの市場参加を促しにくい場合や、課税のコストが大きい場合、政策を行わない方が社会厚生を高めるケースも存在する。
