项目摘要

本研究課題は,価値を共創するサービスのデザイン手法を提案し,理論的分析,計算機実験,被験者実験による統合アプローチによって,実世界におけるサービスデザイン問題の解決を目指すことが目的である.今年度は,本研究課題の最終年度であり,これまで2年間で各研究分担者ごとに研究チームを構成し,それぞれで研究を進めてきたが,それらの成果を統合しサービスデザイン手法の構築を行った.(1)統合アプローチによるサービスデザイン手法構築マルチエージェントシミュレーション,経済理論,認知心理学による理論分析,被験者実験の結果を統合し,サービスデザインのための方法論の構築を進めた.携帯電話サービスでの意思決定モデルと普及プロセスの問題や,映画館などの劇場サービスにおける新サービスデザイン方法などの具体的な対象を例に,価値を共創するサービスのデザイン手法について,サービスプロバイダー,サービスレシーバ,サービス,環境の相互の関係を記述する基本的枠組みを構築し,一定の成果を得たと言える.また,本研究課題の成果として得られたサービスの価値創成モデルによるサービスデザインに関する方法論を,実社会でのサービス設計へ応用すべく,実サービスを行っている企業との対話機会を求めた活動を行っており,共同研究等を通じて実世界展開できる可能性を探っているところである.これに関しては,本研究課題終了後も継続して行い,実社会への応用研究として続けて行くことを考えている.(2)研究の総括と成果発表これらの成果の一部については,すでに国内学会,国際会議,論文誌等で発表を行った.また,各分担者に分けたサブテーマのその他の研究成果をすべて取りまとめ,論文誌等で公表する予定にしている.
