项目摘要

本年度は、規範理論における社交概念とその実践的含意を解明するにあたり、まず、(1)近代イギリス道徳哲学に即して社交概念を分析し、その歴史的な変遷について検討した。具体的には、シャフツベリ、フランシス・ハチスン、デイヴィッド・ヒューム、アダム・スミスの道徳哲学を詳細に検討し、それらを社交概念を基礎として再構成することを試みた。こうした理論研究の成果として、アダム・スミスに関する部分は、仲正昌樹編『政治思想の知恵:マキャベリからサンデルまで』法律文化社、所収の論文「第5章スミス:経済的自由主義の定式化」として公表した(2013年2月)。また、上記のイギリス道徳哲学者の思想を概説した論文「道徳的行為者と間主観性:18世紀イギリス道徳哲学に即して」、仲正昌樹編『倫理(学)における主体の問題(仮題)』御茶の水書房(叢書アレテイア)所収も、2013年中に刊行予定である。また、理論研究と並行して、(2)現代社会の実践的な諸問題を検討する応用倫理学研究も実施した。具体的には、公衆衛生倫理(公衆衛生政策と政治哲学の関係)、市場と倫理、デモクラシー論、いじめなどの諸問題について、応用哲学・倫理学的な検討を試みた。こうした研究の成果として、公衆衛生と政治哲学に関する部分は、生命・医療倫理学のDVD教材(丸善出版、2013年4月刊行予定)に講義として収録されており、公衆衛生倫理に関する教科書の一章として2013年中に刊行する準備にも着手している。さらに、その他の研究成果に関しても、アウトリーチ活動の一環として開催している哲学カフェ「コミュニケーション・アゴラにおいて、参加者(市民)を対象とするレクチャーという形で定期的に公表している。コミュニケーション・アゴラの活動については、参加者から好評を博していることに加え、雑誌にとりあげられるなど、一定の社会的な評価も受けている。

This year, the concept of social interaction in normative field theory and its practical implications are explained.(1) The concept of social interaction in modern philosophy is analyzed and discussed. The specific social philosophy is discussed in detail, and the social concept is reorganized. "Knowledge of Political Thought: The Formulation of Economic Liberalism," paper published by Law and Culture Society, edited by Masaki Nakajima (February 2013). The paper "The doer of morality and intersubjectivity: the philosophy of morality in the 18th century," edited by Zhong Zhengshu,"The subject of ethics (science)" was published in the book series "Water Study" of Yucha, published in mid-2013. (2) The practical problems of modern society are discussed and applied ethics research is carried out. Specific issues include public health ethics (relationship between public health policy and political philosophy), market ethics, discussion of problems, application philosophy and ethics. The results of this research, the part related to public health and political philosophy, the DVD textbook on life and medical ethics (Maruzen Publishing, scheduled for April 2013), the lecture and the collection, and the preparation of a chapter of the textbook on public health ethics for publication in mid-2013. In addition, the results of other research activities are related to the development of social and cultural activities, and the development of social and cultural activities is an important part of the philosophy of social and cultural activities.
