精嚢分泌タンパク質Semenogelinは精子運動超活性化の抑制因子であり、これまでの先体胞反応およびタンパク質チロシンリン酸化抑制因子であるという報告と合わせて精子受精能抑制因子であることが示された。また、細胞膜脂質ラフト構造との直接の関与は不明だが、精子細胞膜に結合してその流動性と機能に影響を与えていることが示唆された。
