A surveillance study on formation and development of industrial accumulation for Japanese manufacturing industries in China

由于日本企业很早就在快速发展的中国开展业务，形成了以制造业为核心的产业积累。本监测研究的重点是这种产业积累，研究供应商和制造商之间形成了什么样的关系，以及这些企业的组织管理是如何进行的。本研究发现，日本企业之间有很强的联系，日本企业的人力资源管理非常重视过程控制。

Since Japanese firms began their operations in rapidly developing China from early time, industrial accumulation around manufacturing has been formed. This surveillance study focuses on such industrial accumulation, and the researches have been made on what relation has been formed between suppliers and manufacturers and what the organizational management in these firms has been performed as a basis. As the finding of this study, there are strong ties between Japanese firms, and the HRM of Japanese firms puts a high value on the process control.
