This study was conducted on people who had experienced infection and treatment of leprosy in Vietnam. The after-effects of leprosy are ongoing and they are forced to live in resettlement villages due to their disability. The research of the children of leprosy patients, the results showed that 57. 5% of the subjects experienced discrimination. In light of this leprosy treatment centers offer loan programs to start work and vocational training program, such as farming and fruit growing, pig farming, poultry for ex-leprosy patients. But the retail price of those products is so cheap that it is very difficult to earn a livelihood. So, providing help that is needed to raise their quality of life is the next step.
