Research on a Kanji Educational System for Foreigners by e-Learning

我们开发了一个集成的汉字学习环境，其中包含多个汉字学习子系统。这个学习环境是为正在学习日语的外国人设计的e-Learning风格的汉字学习系统。每个汉字学习子系统都可以与汉字数据库管理系统协同工作。学生可以通过自由选择汉字学习的汉字学习子系统来学习汉字。然而，对于初学者来说，很难选择合适的汉字学习子系统。因此，我们的系统具有针对此类问题的学习支持功能。这些功能是通过汉字学习门户网站提供的。此外，我们的系统还可以根据留学生的特点进行控制。

We developed an integrated Kanji learning environment which contains plural Kanji learning subsystems. This learning environment was designed as e-Learning style of Kanji learning system for foreigners who are learning Japanese. Each Kanji learning subsystem can work with Kanji DBMS. Students can learn Kanji by freely selecting Kanji learning subsystems of Kanji learning. However, it is hard to novice learners to select appropriate Kanji learning subsystems. Therefore, our system has learning support functions for such problem. The functions are provided through the Kanji learning portal. In addition, our system can control according to characteristics of foreign students.
