项目摘要
The purpose of this study was to develop a care model for the elderly patients' violence and attacks in health care settings. Participant observation and interviews were conducted with expertise nurses. As a result, we have developed a care model for the elderly patients' violence and attacks in health care settings, such as : perceiving the patient's individualized pattern of physical and affective condition, collecting information systematically and serially about physical and affective needs unmet, creating relationships between the patient and nurses, making a trial of treatments creatively assumptions, consulting psychiatry about the patient's specific psychiatric problems and considering administration of psychotropic drugs and risk prevention interventions according to the stage of crisis.
本研究的目的是针对老年患者在医疗环境中的暴力和攻击行为，开发一种护理模式。参与者观察和访谈由专业护士进行。因此，我们开发了一种针对老年患者在医疗环境中的暴力和攻击的护理模式，例如：感知患者个性化的身体和情感状况模式，系统和连续地收集有关未得到满足的身体和情感需求的信息，创建患者和护士之间的关系，进行创造性假设的治疗试验，就患者的特定精神问题咨询精神病学，并根据危机阶段考虑精神药物的使用和风险预防干预。
