This study describes care content and skill in child and adolescent mental health nursing. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 18 expert nurses who have had experienced in child and adolescent mental health nursing for more than three years. A constant comparative data collection and analysis process was used, and five categories of care content and skill were identified : (1)' dealing with problematic behaviors' ; (2) 'understanding essential problems' ; (3) 'attempting resolution of essential problems' ; (4) 'becoming an object of attachment for patients' ; (5)' maintaining appropriate psychological distance from patients'. 'Making the inmost darkness of patients melt emerged as a core category, representing the ultimate purpose of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Nursing.

本研究描述了儿童青少年心理健康护理的护理内容和技巧。对18名具有3年以上儿童青少年心理健康护理经验的专家护士进行半结构式访谈。采用持续不断的对比数据收集和分析过程，确定了五类护理内容和技能：(1)处理问题行为；(2)了解本质问题；(3)试图解决本质问题；(4)成为患者的依恋对象；(5)保持与患者的适当心理距离。“让患者内心深处的黑暗融化成为一个核心类别，代表了儿童和青少年心理健康护理的最终目的。”
