Development of a simple analytical method for the determination of blood level of antifungal drugs and a genetic polymorphism analysis for individual treatment

建立了一种测定抗真菌药物vorivonazole （VRCZ）和micafungin血药浓度的简便分析方法。本方法已成功应用于患者样本，结果显示约25%的患者血药浓度波谷值超过4.5μg/mL，可能出现肝功能障碍，提示血药VRCZ浓度的测定在临床上对预防副作用具有重要意义。建立了一种简便的药物代谢酶CYP2C19基因多态性分析方法。

A simple analytical method using column-switching has been developed for the determination of blood level of antifungal drugs, vorivonazole (VRCZ) and micafungin. The method developed here has successfully applied for the patient samples, and results showed approximately 25% of the patients had a blood concentration trough value exceeding 4.5μg/mL, at which liver dysfunction may occur, suggesting that the measurement of blood VRCZ concentrations is clinically important for preventing side effects. And a convenient method using cycling probe technique has been developed for the analysis of a genetic polymorphism of drug metabolizing enzyme, CYP2C19.
