A design method of distance learning course for in-service teachers based on activating interaction with learners and instructors

本研究旨在提供在职教师在学校（工作地点）参加远程培训课程的设计方法。本文分析和描述了一种基于概念的方法，激活学习者和教师之间的“互动”。主要研究结果如下：1）构建了关注任务质量的任务序列模型。2)学生“与同伴合作”意识随着学习进度的提高而增强，学习兴趣也随之提高。3）基于这两个分析，提出了在职教师远程学习课程的设计方法。

This study aimed to present a design method of distance learning course for in-service teachers who participating the distance training program at school(working place). A method was analyzed and described based on the concepts activate' interaction' within learners and instructors. The main results were follows : 1) constructing task sequence model focus on quality of tasks. 2) students' sense of' collaborate with peers' were increase with learning progress, and learning interest increased next stage, 3) based on two analysis, we proposed a design method of distance learning course for in-service teachers.
