The development of care workers Japanese educational materials and guidance instruction, for foreign care workers, to facilitate communication in local common language

本研究探讨了“用山形语倾听、理解、关怀”的地方方言教材的发展，以支持日语不是母语的护理工作者和正在接受护理工作者培训的人（以下简称“非母语日语”），并探讨了如何促进经常使用当地通用语言（以下简称“当地语言”）的护理机构的顺畅沟通。通过对设施使用者与护理人员的对话记录和设施使用者与非母语日本人的接触情景对话的分析，发现对于非母语日本人来说容易被误解或难以掌握的当地语言的鲜明特征，构成了这些教材创作的基础。

This research deals with the development of 'Listen and understand, caring in the language of Yamagata' local dialect educational material in order to support care workers and those in training to be care workers for whom Japanese is not their mother tongue(hereafter 'non-native Japanese), and examines how to facilitate smooth communication in care institutions, where the local common language(hereafter 'local language') are used frequently. Centering on both analysis of recorded conversation between facility users and care workers and contact situation conversations between facility users and non-native Japanese, distinctive characteristics of local language which for non-native Japanese are easily misunderstood or difficult to pick up, form the basis of the creation of these educational materials.
