The effects of the Italian social economy on the local economy in the increase of the places of work and its amount of undertaking are remarkable after 1995.In addition, the Italian social economy is considered as "partner" for the political innovation of local governance. The basic concept of this estimation is the principle of "susssidiarieta'"(subsidiary), which is introduced and reconstructed by Italian context, using the concept of "vertical subsidiary" promoted strategically by the third sector in Italy. And this phenomenon provided the process of the participation of Italian social economy to the policymaking of local governance, not only the execution of social services as subcontractor.

1995年以后，意大利社会经济对地方经济的影响在工作地点和事业数量的增加上十分显着。此外，意大利社会经济被认为是地方治理政治创新的“伙伴”。这一估算的基本概念是“susssidiarieta”（子公司）原则，它是在意大利语境下引入并重构的，运用了意大利第三部门战略性推行的“垂直子公司”的概念。而这种现象提供了意大利社会经济参与地方治理政策制定的过程，而不仅仅是作为分包商执行社会服务。
