To develop objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) for 6th-year medical students, we developed and analyzed 21 cases of standardized patients and assessment instruments in 2009-2011. Subcategories, such as history-taking, physical examination skills, providing information, clinical reasoning, and communication-interpersonal skills, and total scores were reliably assessed. It was suggested that case specific clinical competencies were evaluated in our examination. Based on our analysis and medical school curriculum, we proposed the plan of high-stakes summative OSCE.

为开展六年级医学生客观结构化临床考试（OSCE），我们于2009-2011年开发并分析了21例标准化患者和评估工具。子类别，如病史采集，体检技能，提供信息，临床推理，沟通，人际交往能力，总分进行了可靠的评估。建议在我们的考试中评估病例特定的临床能力。根据我们的分析和医学院校的课程设置，我们提出了高风险总结性OSCE的计划。
