A purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of intervention program (group work) for initial breast cancer postoperative patients. Constitution of the intervention program is group work of 6-7 one group for four times of 1 courses, once 90. By results, the participation in intervention program (group work), The POMS rating scales, subscale "Tension-Anxiety," "depression-a dip," "anger-hostility," "lively," "fatigue," "confused" score was lower. In SOC, the higher the point count to 58 to 52 pieces, effectiveness of the group work was suggested.

本研究的目的之一是确定干预计划（小组工作）的初始乳腺癌术后患者的疗效。干预方案的制定为6-7人一组，4次1疗程，每次90人。结果：参与干预项目（小组活动）、POMS评定量表、“紧张-焦虑”、“抑郁-倾向”、“愤怒-敌意”、“活泼”、“疲劳”、“困惑”分量表得分较低。在SOC中，点数越高至58至52件，表明小组工作的有效性。
