A purpose of this study is what I investigate the actual conditions of work-life-care in male-caregivers who have works. The subjects of survey are care-managers, caregivers, the position of work-life-balance in A enterprise and male-caregivers who have work. As for the findings, five points of the following became clear. (1) Difficulty of the service access, (2) Too many defrayments, (3) Social circumstances that man-caregivers don't care easily, (4) Feelings that it wants to make them unite care to work without managing to use leave plan for nursing care, (5) In coexisting of work and nursing, the consideration of the company and the superior with whom it can consult are important.

本研究的目的之一是探讨有工作的男性照顾者工作-生活-照顾的实际状况。调查对象为照护管理者、照护者、A企业工作与生活平衡状况及有工作的男性照护者。至于调查结果，以下五点变得清晰。(1)服务获取困难，（2）太多的债务，（3）社会环境，男性照顾者不容易照顾，（4）感觉它想让他们团结照顾工作，而不设法使用休假计划的护理，（5）在工作和护理共存，公司和上级的考虑是重要的，它可以与之协商。
