Research on actual conditions of male-caregivers who have works and policy of support

本研究的目的之一是调查有工作的男性照顾者的工作-生活照顾的实际情况。调查对象为护理管理人员、护理人员、A企业中工作与生活平衡的地位以及有工作的男性护理人员。至于调查结果，以下五点变得清晰起来。(1)服务获取困难；(2)支出过多；(3)男性照护者不易关心的社会环境；(4)希望将照护与工作结合起来的感受，而不设法使用休假计划来照护；(5)在工作与照护共存的过程中，公司和可以咨询的上级的考虑很重要。

A purpose of this study is what I investigate the actual conditions of work-life-care in male-caregivers who have works. The subjects of survey are care-managers, caregivers, the position of work-life-balance in A enterprise and male-caregivers who have work. As for the findings, five points of the following became clear. (1) Difficulty of the service access, (2) Too many defrayments, (3) Social circumstances that man-caregivers don't care easily, (4) Feelings that it wants to make them unite care to work without managing to use leave plan for nursing care, (5) In coexisting of work and nursing, the consideration of the company and the superior with whom it can consult are important.
