A sense of busyness can be the cause of human error. To propose effective, concrete policies to reduce this sense, and hence human error, factors that affect it must first be clarified. The author examined the validity of the questionnaire to measure a sense of busyness, and clarified the factors giving rise to such sense among workers in industrial organizations.

忙碌感可能是人为错误的原因。为了提出有效的具体政策来减少这种感觉，从而减少人为错误，必须首先澄清影响它的因素。作者检验了问卷的有效性，以衡量忙碌感，并澄清了在产业组织的工人中产生这种感觉的因素。
