本研究の上位目的は会話を通して人間ユーザの意志をより上手に読み取り場面に合った反応をする対話エージェントの開発であり,自然言語処理,人工知能,そしてヒューマン・コンピュータ・インタラクションの分野に踏み込む研究である.そのためコンピュータに感情的知性を持たせなければならない.感情状態の認知,推察,感情の適切性および原因の理解他さまざまな機能が必要であるといわれている.これまでの感情処理における研究では感情認知の技術のみに重きが置かれてきたのが現状である.本研究は感情的知性の全範囲をコンピュータに導入するための研究を進めることを目標としている.研究期間内の具体的な目的としては,言語処理の研究方法を用いてユーザの言語行動(会話ストラテジー)を観察することによって,感情状態をより深く理解し,その原因を予測できるエージェントの開発を計画している.インターネットから大量コーパスおよび自然会話コーパスを取得し統計的に処理させ,どの会話ストラテジーがどの感情を引き起こすか,その原因および適している場面を確認し応答する,感情の認知を応用した対話モデルの開発に貢献することを目指した.これまで開発してきた文中感情解析システムML-Ask及び顔文字解析システムCAOを利用し,前年度に収集した大規模日本語プログコーパスの感情タグ付け作業を行った.また文法情報解析システム(形態素解析システムMeCab及び係り受け関係解析システムCabocha)を利用し文法タグ付け作業を行った.文法情報と感情情報を照らし合わせ,感情オブジェクトのデータベースを収集した.また,自然会話コーパスについて同じように感情情報及び文法情報のタグ付けを行った.会話文話者同士の会話中感情の変動を分析することによって,場面に合った会話ストラテジーを構成し,それを用いて対話エージェントの適切な応答の生成が可能となることが見込まれる.

The main purpose of this study is to study the development of conversation, natural speech processing, artificial intelligence, and communication between human beings. All right, well, let's go. The research on emotional processing is based on the current situation of emotional cognition technology. This study aims to explore the full range of emotional knowledge. During the study period, the specific objectives and research methods of speech processing were used to investigate the speech action (conversational speech), to deeply understand the emotional state, and to predict the development of speech processing. A large number of social media and natural conversation information are collected and processed statistically. This is the first time that the Japanese language has been used in the past year to collect large-scale Japanese language analysis and emotional analysis. The syntax information analysis system (morphological element analysis system) is used to analyze the syntax information. Grammatical information and emotional information are combined, and emotional information is collected. Natural conversation is a conversation between emotional information and grammatical information. Conversation participants 'emotional changes in conversation are analyzed, and the situation is discussed. Conversation participants' appropriate responses are generated.
