项目摘要

本研究の目的は、学校現場における教師と他専門職(スクールカウンセラー(SC)とスクールソーシャルワーカー(SSW))の役割分担の実際を明らかにし、その上で、他専門職の参入による教師の専門性の変化を考察し、複数の専門職間の協働のあり方について政策的な提言を行うことである。最終年度である今年度は上の目的の達成を目指した。まず、大阪府A市・B市で収集したデータをもとに論文「新しい専門職の配置と教師役割」を作成し、日本教育学会の『教育学研究』に投稿、掲載された。論文では、教師が他専門職との関係の中で、新しく生徒指導上の問題に関するゲートキーパーとしての役割を担っていることを指摘し、協働を行う上での留意点についても述べている。9月の日本教育社会学会大会の報告では、学校において教師とSC・SSWが形成する職業的境界の、他の領域(医療領域)に比しての独自性について、自身の調査結果と先行研究から検討した。ここまでの研究でしてきた議論をさらに深めるために、8月以降、追加の調査も行った。異なる自治体での状況を知るために、福岡県や神奈川県の教育委員会やSC・SSWなどにインタビューを行った。その成果は今後論文に展開していく予定である。12月からは、これまでの研究と並行して、学校における専門的知識や技術の広がりの様子およびその効果を把握することを目的に、特別活動に焦点を絞り、検討していく作業も開始した。調査では、心理的な技術(心理テストやグループエンカウンターなど)の使用が行われているかなども含めた特別活動の実際および現在の大学での適応状況について尋ね、高校での特別活動の経験が初年次教育で獲得が期待される能力の育成に及ぼす影響を検討した。成果の一部は「初年次教育と高校における特別活動」として『関西大学高等教育研究』に3月に掲載された(関西大学保田時男氏と共著)。
