Study on the real condition of non-medical staffs who are working in pediatric ward excluding pediatrician and nurses in Japan-It's real condition andpossible establishment of educational system-.

我们研究了日本儿科病房非医务人员的真实的状况。第一年，我们向医院院长发出关于CLS的问卷。第二年，我们参观了米尔斯学院，参观了CLS的课程，并参观了两家儿童医院，直接听取了CLS的意见。最后，我们参观了儿童生活理事会，并会见了CLC执行董事，得出结论，CLS可以在日本教育。第三年，我们邀请了米尔斯学院的两位博士，并开了三次讲座。最后，本研究结果显示，大部分日本儿科医师都认为CLS的必要性，然而，我们没有教育系统，且CLS在日本的健康保险系统中未被认可，这是一个最重要的问题。

We studied the real condition of non-medical staffs who are working in pediatric ward in Japan. The first year, we sent questionnaires to the director of hospital about CLS. The second year, we visited Mills collage to see the curriculum of CLS and visited two children’s hospitals and listen from CLS directly. Finally, we visited Child Life Council and met Executive Director of CLC and come to the conclusion that CLS can educate in Japan. The third years, we invited two doctors from Mills Collage and open three lecture meetings. As conclusions, most Japanese pediatrician feels the necessity of CLS, however; we have no education system and CLS is not approved in health insurance system in Japan、this is a most important problem.
