The inspection of the medical cost suppressant effect by the health promotion programs in the local government.

在本研究中，我对老年人的健康状况进行了跟踪调查。我将它与我之前进行的发现联系起来，并建立了一个12年的纵向数据库。此外，我还调查了与老年人医疗费用的关系。此外，通过计算机模拟的系统动力学，通过推进健康促进计划，如改善生活方式，对老年人的医疗费用控制进行了长期预测。在研究结果的基础上，笔者提出了地方政府制定卫生措施的指向性建议。

In this study, I carried out the follow-up survey about the state of health of the elderly person. And I linked it to the findings that I carried out before and made a 12-year longitudinal database. In addition, I investigated connection with the medical costs for the elderly. Furthermore, I performed a long-term prediction about restraint of the medical costs for the elderly by pushing forward with health promotion programs such as the improvement of the lifestyle by system dynamics of the computer simulation. Based on results of research, I propose it about the directionality of the making of health measure in the local government.
