Coordination Policy for Work and Family in German Big Corporations. From German-Japan Comparison

本项目利用包括戴姆勒公司在内的企业资料和访谈，分析德国企业如何实现工作与生活的平衡，并从日本的角度进行比较。研究结果显示，随着育儿假的增加，兼职作为一种正常工作在德国企业的普及程度与日本有很大的不同。德国的时间政策为雇主和雇员带来了工作场所的灵活性。

This project analyzed how the German corporations are realizing the work life balance using corporate material and interviews including Daimler Co, with the comparative view from Japan. The results of the research show, along with the increase of the parental leave, how part-time work as a normal employment spread in German corporations, which makes a big difference from Japan. German time policy has led to the workplace flexibility for both employer and employees.
