A research on functions of the public finance and their imperfectness

众所周知，政府有促进市场运作的作用，而政府的失败会造成不小的损失，因为政府的财政规模很大。因此，探究其中的原因，恢复政府对市场的补充作用是十分重要的。本研究在调查主要公共政策制定过程的基础上，综合运用前面的分析论证，考察这些原因，并寻求政府有效解决当前经济问题的途径。

It is known that the government has the role to facilitate working of the market, andthe failure causes not small losses recalling the big financial size of the government.It is thus important to explore the reasons and to restore the government’s role tocomplement the market. This research, based on the survey in the determination of mainpublic policies and by synthetic application of preceding analytical arguments, examinedthose reasons and sought ways through which the government effectively works to solveproblems in the present economy.
