Developmental study of the school social work in teacher training program development

本研究的目的在于开发训练计画，以具体形成运用连结学校、家庭、社区（专门机构等）的“学校社会工作”功能的实践力量。在此基础上，探讨了学校日常工作与家庭福利需求及地区的对应方法，（相关的许多组织）是连接，并承担生活环境的改善，在征服和其他职业描述合作的联络和调整人才培养的方案开发，协调校外咨询援助小组的工作等。

The purpose of this research is training program development for forming concretely the practice power which utilized the function of the "school social work" which connects a school, a home, and communities (specialized agency etc.) in an on-the-job training stage.Based on this point, the correspondence method of the everyday job of a school, and domestic welfare needs and the area (related many organizations) is connected, and program development of the personnel training which bears an improvement of a living environment, the liaison and adjustment in conquest and other occupational description cooperation, the coordination of the production of a team of the consultation assistance outside school grounds, etc.
