In this study, the aim of clinical application of diagnosis and treatment of basic research that targets oral squamous cell carcinoma, using teromerase specific oncolytic adenovirus. A result, it is currently infected with Telomescan to human oral squamous cell carcinoma cell line, we studied possible visualization, GFP fluorescence was observed over a period of time coloring. Therefore, we search for the possibility of visualization of cancer cells in clinical specimens. The tumor as a model of oral cancer patients, in which oral squamous cell carcinoma cells were seeded in oral normal mucosa of healthy persons, were infected with Telomescan showed a color fluorescence of GFP.
