Effects of leech therapy were studied about the microcirculation of skin flap. Basic data of effect of the leech therapy were collected on the basis of transcutaneous PO2 and PCO2 on skin flaps. Although the effect of the leech therapy on the hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia was studied, differences between normal condition and these conditions were not clear.

探讨水蛭疗法对皮瓣微循环的影响。通过对皮瓣经皮氧分压（PO2）和二氧化碳分压（PCO2）的测定，收集水蛭治疗效果的基础资料。虽然水蛭治疗对高脂血症和高血糖的影响进行了研究，但正常情况与这些情况之间的差异尚不清楚。
