The workshop lecture topics devised in the 2010 academic year were further subdivided and presented at the Japan Nursing Association Certified Nurse Administrator System’s first-level workshops in the form of 16 topic. The workshops were held in a lecture format making use mainly of summaries and slides in a 12-hour course over 2 days. After the workshops, a questionnaire was devised using the results of the 2011 academic year pretests for reference. Analysis of this data indicated that many workshop participants generally understood the content of the lectures. However, the limitations of a lecture format are undeniable, and training which also incorporates seminars is necessary for actual data analysis and secondary application.

2010学年设计的研讨会演讲主题进一步细分，并以16个主题的形式在日本护理协会认证护士管理员制度的第一级研讨会上进行了展示。讲习班以讲座形式举行，主要利用摘要和幻灯片，为期两天，12小时。讲习班结束后，根据2011学年预测试的结果设计了一份问卷，以供参考。对这些数据的分析表明，许多讲习班参加者基本上理解讲座的内容。然而，讲座形式的局限性是不可否认的，培训也包括研讨会是必要的，以实际的数据分析和二次应用。
