The Establishment and Evaluation of a Continuing Education System for Nurses with Advanced Practical Competency in the Field of Nursing Informatics

将2010学年设计的工作坊讲座主题进一步细分，以16个主题的形式在日本护理协会注册护士管理系统一级研讨会上进行展示。讲习班以讲座形式举行，主要利用摘要和幻灯片，为期两天，为期12小时。讲习班结束后，参照2011学年预试的结果设计了一份问卷。对这些数据的分析表明，许多研讨会参与者大致理解了讲座的内容。然而，讲座形式的局限性是不可否认的，同时包含研讨会的培训对于实际数据分析和二次应用是必要的。

The workshop lecture topics devised in the 2010 academic year were further subdivided and presented at the Japan Nursing Association Certified Nurse Administrator System’s first-level workshops in the form of 16 topic. The workshops were held in a lecture format making use mainly of summaries and slides in a 12-hour course over 2 days. After the workshops, a questionnaire was devised using the results of the 2011 academic year pretests for reference. Analysis of this data indicated that many workshop participants generally understood the content of the lectures. However, the limitations of a lecture format are undeniable, and training which also incorporates seminars is necessary for actual data analysis and secondary application.
